Much of her work is custom. Clients contact her with a few pins from their Pinterest pages or photos of an outfit they plan to wear for a special event, and Etkind crafts a unique headpiece from new and/or vintage materials.
Read MoreThis past September I attended a week long hat workshop know as Millinery Meet Up in Gatlingburg, Tennessee. The workshop was held at Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts. I took several courses with world renowned milliners like Louis Macdonald and Bridget Bailey. The workshops were very informative and I met some great milliners that I can call now my friends.
